It was so nice to get a call from the features editor of the Daily Mail Weekend saying “We absolutely love your dressings and would love to feature them in our paper!”
She then proceeded to ask me if I could send her a few recipes using the dressings. And so I did! I sent in around 10 recipes worthy of any inspiring masterchef – but instead of choosing any of the fancy recipes we sent in, she chose a simple but lovely red coleslaw recipe that my mother-in-law makes using our Raspberry dressing.
Easy to make, but enough to wow distinguished palates. So do give this lovely recipe a go!
