Righteous At ‘The Spirit Of Summer’
We were thrilled when Harvey Nichols asked Righteous to be one of 8 food suppliers to exhibit on their stand at the ‘Spirit of Summer’ event at Kensington Olympia (May 13th – 16th, 2010).
The event was a huge success and we ran out of stock by the end of the very first day! Luckily, reserves were brought in from Harvey Nichols as well as other stores where our dressings are stocked. On top of this, our factory had to work double-time to do a second batch, which were delivered to us the very next day (thanks guys!). Yet, even with all this extra stock, we had sold every last bottle by the last day.
Customers loved our “exciting flavours” and that Righteous dressings were not “greasy” or “oily”. They especially loved the Raspberry & Sweet Basil dressing (which they thought was ideal for summer barbeques) and they were brimming with stories of what they’d used our dressings on at home – including:
1. Raspberry & Sweet Basil Dressing on celery with blue cheese
2. Lemon & Mustard Seed Dressing on tomato and onion salads
3. Ginger & Toasted Sesame Dressing on warm chicken with dates and couscous.
