It’s hard to make a dairy dressing without preservatives – which is why you’ll find most shop-bought dressings compromise on either flavour or their use of additives. It took us 3 long years create what we believe is the best tasting blue cheese dressing on the market whilst keeping it natural!
How We Use It
The rich, creaminess of this dressing works especially well with strong flavours such as bitter leaves, salty bacon, nuts and even fruit. We love it on classic chicken salads, with croutons and bacon bits, or simply poured over red chicory and walnuts as an appetiser.
Ingredients: Water (33%), Rapeseed Oil (28%), Blue Cheese (18%), Apple Juice, Dried Dill Weed, Cider Vinegar, Salt, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum (a natural stabiliser derived from glucose).
Allergens: Contains Milk.
Storage: Refrigerate and once opened, consume within 3 weeks.
